How much is postage?

We keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers so we offer flat rates for all orders under $40*. 

  • Australia – $9.95
  • New Zealand – $14.95
  • Everywhere else – $19.95

*Flat rate shipping is for small goods only, and does not include framed art, cheese boards or rugs.

For orders of $40 or above the shipping is on us! (This only applies to deliveries within Australia)

how long does shipping take?

All items in stock will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on destination 

Australian metro areas will receive their delivery within 2 to 3 business days following dispatch.

Our Online store is always open!!

Our shop in Roseville on Sydney’s North Shore is open from 10am to 3pm Wednesday to Friday + 10am to 1pm Saturdays

(Currently closed Sun-Tue – This is temporary during COVID-19 restrictions)

what does 'find + form' mean?

Our brand Find + Form has many meanings to us. Firstly it speaks to the two of us Finding each other at the school gate and Forming a friendship (and ultimately a business), but also it describes the creative process where you Find your inspiration or creativity and Form a beautiful object.

Our customers will be able to Find an item they love in our store and Form their dream home.

what is your returns policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please familiarise yourself with our Returns Policy as follows:

If your purchase is not quite right once you receive it, we can offer an exchange or credit note, or full refund.

For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items.
For an exchange or credit note, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging.
Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge.
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
